its lore is that it traveled back in time from right before time isle imploded to warn others of the impending doom, but it went back at the worst possible moment: a new years celebration. the denizens of time isle saw a cool looking robot that resembled a digital clock with bright flashing lights and thought it was the arrival of a festive. of course, being from so far in the future, the language of the arpeggiacs had long since been lost to time, leading to neither sides being able to communicate and the new-found festive practically screaming "you are all going to die" and the people its warning responding with "cool".
