Special stuff for highranks: If a deputy doesn't want to wait until a leader's 9 lives are up they can challenge them for their role or smth and if they beat the leader the leader passes on and they become leader, but they only have the amount of lives that the previous leader had and then med cats when they become full med cats their healing powers increase more than from when they were an appie. For the council, when they get chosen as council members they advise the leader and if both leader and deputy are dead they can choose the next one. Council members also in the afterlife are able to go to like a better one for only council members, but it's still inked to the regular afterlife
