I was thinking he’d be good here because we could say that Skullcien’s trying to rebuild the Arcane Core again(taking place after Electro). S.E. KNOWS, but doesn’t care — he tells Skullcien this fact some point in here. -ItsOli(10): Skullcien wouldn't work here since he is currently stranded in another dimension, and he has already met Elementun in RttFL, and none of my other evil OC's fit here, I just cut him out. -Infa(11): Yeah, if you can’t tell, a lot of my OCs’ fights are “overpowered vs overpowered”.
