hello! as you likely know im taking my hands off clover club and scratch, so i need a manager to keep CC alive! ^_^ i really apologize for the wait, ik many of you are looking forward to applying/awaiting approval ! DEADLINE: JULY 27TH to apply to be considered, you must: 1. have been a member of clover club before MAY 1ST, 2026 2. be kind, not toxic, nothing that would land you on a general dni list 3. have at least 3 projects posted in clover club AS OF THIS PROJECT BEING POSTED 4. BE ACTIVE IN THE ADOPT COMMUNITY duties of being a manager: 1. KEEP CLOVER CLUB ALIVE to the best of your ability! this is done by making events for members to interact with, making sure to process apps timely, and answering questions. don't just assume ownership and do nothing 2. be COURTEOUS! try to be polite when speaking to members you don't know. informal tone is okay but don't be too informal. here's an example: "hey, can i post a cotae?" polite response: "if every member is in clover club, yes" OR "it's in the rules" impolite response: "dude?? check the rules lmao" also when dealing with difficult people just try to stay polite since causing drama will cause more work for you 3. keep clover club generally recognizable. since you are taking over most control you can change the rubric, add a rule, swap out the mascot, or switch the batch openings to a full-time opening. however, please make sure clover club still follows its goal of being a closed marketplace for higher quality adopts. if you're reading this, put the name of a fruit in your codeword slot. 4. BE ABLE TO JUDGE APPLICANTS PROPERLY! you can get moderators to help you, but you should be able to follow the rubric. do not be too lenient or too strict. treat the designs of people who have applied for more than one time as if it was your first time judging. 5. if you find yourself wanting to give up management, please choose a new manager! whew! thanks for reading. there's one final thing you must agree to: even though you are a moderator, i am still the owner. you MUST let me know (on my profile is good) beforehand when making large decisions regarding the club. i have the power to veto decisions and take away the management role if i find you haven't followed the terms above. the new manager should be chosen by august 10th. when you are promoted, be prepared to open applications relatively quickly form: username of account you will be manager as (this is the same username that should also be in clover club) // do you agree to all the terms? // at least 2 sentences on why you think you should be manager // codeword // questions?
