Credit to @halfai93294. These are the Metro-Camell SHF-Series trains. They operated on the NDC metro line 1 until 2021, most of them were refurbished by Alstom. There are now 6 of these trains that are not refurbished, but all of these trains might get replaced with the newer DATA XHF-Series soon.
