So. I'm ranting. If you don't like ranting, I suggest you leave. So who even am I talking about? Well, I'm talking about Roblox. Over these past few days, I've been learning Lua (scripting language on Roblox) to make my own game. What I didn't know was publishing. I was making some scripts to get an idea on how to do things, but then I realized: didn't Roblox change something? So, I go to the forums, AND FIND OUT YOU HAVE TO BE AGE VERIFIED. Now, it might not sound to bad, BUT HAVING TO GIVE YOUR FACE TO A BIG COMPANY?! NO! I don't trust a BIG, MASSIVE corpration with my FACE. On top of that, in order to reach all players on Roblox, you have to UPLOAD A PICTURE OF YOUR ID. NO!!! I'm not giving my ID or any personal information to a company! You are told to NOT give you personal information out online to strangers, but when it's a big company? Oh! Now you have to! OKAY! THAT MAKES SENSE! Oh, you thought that was all? NO! To put the final nail in the coffin, you have to pay $1,000 TO PUT IT ON THE HOME PAGE. Or, YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. Let me remind you that you USED TO BE ABLE to upload games on Roblox FOR FREE. But now they just want your money. BRO. Like I'm actually so mad rn. I was wanting to also get some money, BUT NOPE! I CAN'T! They say it's to "protect users", but let's be real, no one is buying that. They are dealing with a massive lawsuit that is a bunch of smaller lawsuits mixed together, and GUESS the reason?
