Basically, Modulo (and only Modulo) Yuji CAN use Black Flash at will. Some fans still deny this. Here's why I believe he can. Modulo Yuji is ALWAYS focused and in a calm state of mind. No lovers, no scary strong enemies, nothing like that. He got so strong he doesn't worry about stuff like that. After his loved ones' death, he became nearly (if not fully) emotionless, giving him the exact state of mind needed, a calm and focused mind. Add his mastery of CE manipulation onto that, and he is literally able to land Black Flash at will. Calm Focused Mind: Check CE Manipulation Capabilities: Check ------------------------------------------------------------------ Unless Yuji gets a new friend or finds an enemy that is strong enough to worry him, I'm pretty sure all the info adding up allows Yuji to do so.
