On the night of the new moon each month, all four realms of Prismaris would come to the Heartland to celebrate the First Light. The First Light was possible the most important moment in Prismarian history. "Kalei!" Called Kalei's Light Theory teacher, "Daydreaming again? Honestly! The ceremony is in only a few days!" "Sorry Mr Brightness." Mumbled Kalei. "Yeah Kale Leaf" Smirked Zephyr, who was possibly the most sarcastic, show-offy falcon EVER, who had never stopped calling Kalei 'Kale Leaf' after Kalei won a sudden spark against him. "So Kalei, since you don't feel the need to pay attention, what is the Legend of the First Light?" "Oh, in the legend, a great big meteorite struck Prismaris, making the crater that eventually becomes the Heartland. There's lots of stories about how the first Light came about, some claim that the first Light was fact the Kaleidoscope, and it gave powers inhabitants of each realm incredible power. Others say the meteorite fractured, and the shards of it landed in each region, which, like, spawned life itself, and giving the new inhabitants of the realms powers. which fuelled the First Light. Nobody knows for sure." She answered. "Very good." Remarked Mr. Brightness, "Class dismissed."
