UPDATE: the orange mask was my first try at felting! it didn't work very well, probably because the only felt I had came from a bag full of things for little kid art projects, and was about half the size of my mask. I used veggie mesh for the eyes. the flower is an earring my dad found on the side of the road, I hot glued it on. the fur is from old stuffies. elastic found in my moms sewing kit. now, the cool void mask is interesting. I used clear plastic for the eyes. I didn't felt it, just painted it. and that's basically all you need to know! the pic shows the rest. o wait the antlers came from an old headband Lacy, the pink and blue mask, is one of my characters, and I decided she needed a mask. The antenna are wires and painted ping pong balls. the eyes are clear plastic (w/ sharpie). the fur was white but I ruined a few markers to make it the right color So my parents won't buy me any gear, so I had to improvise. the masks were made from white paper HUMAN mask bases, and I taped the nose to make it look more like a cat. I happened to find some faux fur In the fabric bin and I used that for the fluff and the tail. for the sparkly one I used semi see-through cloth for the eyes and drew on it. I painted them with acrylic paint. for the strap on the blue/white one I cut open an old headband. the tail is just some rolled up faux fur, glued together with hot glue. I made the ears with 3 layers of cardboard, and a bunch of tape. I painted them white and drew on them with sharpie. The red fluff is from a stuffy
