⯌ << MOSSBALL >> ⯌ ⬡ {灬•⠀⠀⠀•灬} ⬡ True name: Midori (named by @Cloud_Gazer; means "green" in Japanese) ⬡ Object: Hunk of moss (infected?) ⬡ Age: who knows ⬡ Gender: ? ⬡ Pronouns: Any ⬡ Sexuality: Can't see bro falling in love ever so aro/ace ig or somewhere on that spectrum ⬡ Universe: Mine ⬡ Status: Alive ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ << ATTRIBUTES >> ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ⬡ No one has ever heard them speak, but maybe it can. We don't really know. ⬡ The orange stuff is just part of him, likely what brought them to life in the first place. (inspired by the infection in Hollow Knight) ⬡ They only have that one giant hand. (Like Winner) ⬡ Can retract their hand, legs, and even eyes to appear as a simple ball of moss. ⬡ Although made of a non-Newtonian fluid, its hand is surprisingly strong and dexterous. ⬡ Despite its short legs, they can run quite fast. They can even move without zir legs showing. ⬡ I KNOW it looks like a bush, just remember that it's moss. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ << PERSONALITY >> ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ⬡ Relatively friendly. It's a rare sight to see xem aggro. ⬡ Seems to enjoy being helpful. ⬡ Apparently quite playful. ⬡ Likes being around others. ⬡ Her lack of speaking makes it hard to tell what kind of person (object?) they really are. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ << GENERAL >> ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ⬡ There are only two different gradients on this asset. ⬡ Took several hours to make. (for whatever reason) ⬡ Despite the fact that I had two images pulled up as references for Mossball, I didn't really use them. I didn't even look at my own hand to draw the hand. ⬡ Used the brush tool to shape everything on the moss itself except for the eye circles, the circle that fills in the moss, and the shadow on the legs. ⬡ I actually wanted to not add outlines at first, but when I tried it, it instantly looked a lot better. So here. ⬡ I was originally gonna put this little guy up for auction in OAH #33 as a lotto dude, but I loved it too much. I can basically guarantee that this would have made me a lot of money, but this is genuinely priceless. <3 -- ⯌ << CREDITS >> ⯌ Laura Shigihara ~ Loonboon @EnderCode050 ~ Creating OAH.
