Hello, I'm Bryce Keoni Hale, A pokémon trainer and master in-the-making! This is my JOURNAL that I write in for future me to like... Reminisce on "the good ol' days" when I'm like 30! Anyway, I started my journey by running to the airport from some random island in the Alola region (I forgot) and to the airport. When I went through the 50 year long task of trying to even get NEAR the plane, I finally took a seat in the plane. Wait... I didn't even say WHERE this plane was going... Well, it was some region near Paldea or something with some huge crater... JUST LIKE PALDEA... The Mythero region. I ate everything the uhhh... Flight attendants?... Gave me... I feel like I could rival Caseoh with my diet... I don't know if that's a good thing, though... So when we arrived, I saw... An airport, duh. Why would a plane just like... Go from an airport to a random street??? It goes from airport to airport! Anyway, When I got out of that airport, I saw some little town which surprised me because airports are usually in CITIES, not towns with like 5 buildings... I knew that to get your starter pokémon, you need to get it from the professor, so I ran to the professor's lab (or at least it looked close enough) and saw some woman in a HORRIBLY taken care of lab coat, like, I could see scratches and stitches and stuff all over it... Yeah... I greeted her like a normal human being with the diet of a certain streamer I've mentioned before and she turned around like she thought I was Michael Jackson- I mean Myers about to throw something at her or something idk... She looked at me for like 2 seconds and instantly said "Oh, A new trainer! Let me guess... You want your starter?". I instantly nodded the noddiest nod in nodding history and she pulled out one poké ball... One? Aren't there THREE starters for each region? She then said " Two people came here before you so all we have left is... Scorbunny!" A little rabbit-like pokémon popped out of the poké ball. The Professor pauses for a second. "Oh yeah, and before I forget, I am professor Mythera!" I nodded the least noddiest nod in nodding history. Scorbunny then ran over to me with some mad hops yelling in bunny language. The Professor tossed the poké ball into my hand. Scorbunny cheered in uhhh... Joy? I hope it's joy and not malice. I was just about to leave to go catch my second pokémon when some kid ran into the lab. He pointed to me. "I'm Nate! And I challenge you, fellow beginner, to a battle!"... Nice intro, Nate... I automatically accepted. Scorbunny ran to one side of the room while Nate threw a poké ball into the air. I was expecting Sobble or Grookey but none of those were it... It was a SQUIRTLE!? Where did he get THAT?? The Professor interrupted us as she said " Wait! Before you do that... I have something you'll need for your journey!" She handed me some phone... It was red. That's all it got for itself. It suddenly revealed it had EYES by uhh... Opening them!? It then said "...Huh. Is there a battle going on-" it paused. "I CAN TALK!?!? POKÉMON CAN'T TALK!? HOWWWW!?" Mythera looked at it. "Chill out." The phone stared at her while in my hand. "..." It then just floated in my pocket.
