CHALLENGE QUESTION ANSWERS: 1. A project about space was uploaded three months ago. It perfectly matches this month's SDS theme. Can it be added to the SDS? Why or why not? No, it cannot be added to the SDS. This is because all SDS projects must also be created no more than a month before the studio. 2. Someone asks, “Can you invite me to the Scratch Event Studio?” How would you respond based on what you learned? I would respond, "Sorry, but I can't invite you as of now. Be active, and kindly review and help around the studio's comments in order to get invited! :)" 3. A Scratcher wants to propose their own project to be featured. Is this allowed? Explain your answer. No, this is not allowed. Scratchers are not allowed to propose their own projects. 4. Why do you think official studios don't simply invite everyone who asks? Give one or two reasons. I think that official studios don't simply invite anyone who asks because that would lead to many incompetent, unkind, unhelpful, or inactive curators who may not understand or follow the rules. Likely, many unrelated projects would get added and the SDS would not run smoothly --- it would turn into chaos. 5. Imagine you're very active, kind, and helpful in an official studio. Does that guarantee you'll become a curator? Why or why not? This does not guarantee you'll become a curator. Sometimes, official studios are not seeking more curators, or deem that you may need more time on Scratch. 6. If your goal is to eventually help with official Scratch studios, what habits should you build now? Name at least three. - Be active in studios such as SDS and SES - Be familiar with the rules and regulations - Always be kind and helpful Not 100% sure about all of these, so LMK how I did! ;D
