Spam flag! THE ANIM FOR THE EYES SUCKS IK- Anyways, here's another new OC. This is Rio. He wears glasses because he's blind in his left eye cuz someone stabbed it with glass and his vision in his right eye is bad. He's genuinely tall and very skinny. He always tries to cover his blind eye with his hair so you don't see it very often. Code: @GrayScratchy Character: @lts_me_ XD OC: Rio
