This is Halcy an annoying little Speeble (a living, furry balloon) She was found on the street by Wren (who you have no idea who is as she hasn't been released by me yet) . Halcy constantly breaks things and pretends to be a baby (when she has a credit card with the highest 32 bit integer and can talk) She is also incredibly dumb and constantly almost offs herself on accident.
