loading ren's application ... ღ hello, i am ren, or moss, or shelly, etc. and i am a dbder who has been here for about a month or two. my timezone is pst, and i am between the ages of 12-16 ღ yes! i have been the leader for many projects irl, as well as hosting two roleplays and cooperating with large teams, and also being staff with other folks, and helping out a local business. (the hours are loose, so it won't impair on my ability to be here) ღ i've always been someone to enjoy helping out in communities, and spreading positivitea as well as logically responding to drama. when i joined dbd, i really wanted to be a manager, and here's my chance. so yeah! ღ being a manager is going to involve many responsibilities, between the operating of me and other managers, ensuring drama does not escalate, watching out for rulebreaking, engaging with others, promoting sunshine and kindness, dealing with rowdy people, making sure i am mentally able to withstand hate, and knowing when a conversation is going too far. i'm sure there's way more, but that's all i can think of in the moment. ღ i make sure to keep a good mood upfront and promote kindness, as well as having the ability to think rationally and logically when faced under pressure. i am aware of safety, how to act, and the knowledge that i always have the room to grow and be a better person as no one is perfect. i can also manage projects quite well, especially when motivated, and it makes me happy to help others out. ღ some of my downsides include losing motivation, not always making the right choices, occasionally not being able to reply enough to people who need it due to lack of motivation, and also not being fully mature. all of these are my faults, and there's more, and i am working on growing from these and aiming to be better. ღ to improve upon the studio, i think i'd like to promote more engagement with the curators and showing how to acknowledge others emotions and feelings. there should be more replies to sunshine or comfort requests, and i would like to show that. ღ i am quite available, at least checking in once or multiples times a day, so around 7.5/10 thumbnail art by aiekyun
