This is swallowtail she's a Veilwing a made-up wings of fire tribe they are supposed to bring dragons to their queen to be reincarnated and live another life they live in the clouds above another continent. Hiria. I'm still coming up with other tribes to live in this continent but it's a lot of work. they guide ALL tribes to reincarnation even the pantalin and Pirihian tribes.
Their song has mind control power hearing the song hypnotizes you and turns your eyes pink (so the Veilwing can tell you're under their spell) but if you hear their song and see them use their hypnotizing patterns on their wings you become COMPLETLY under their control there also known for their HUGE wings and invisibility powers.
