I'm into Rubbadubbers again so I decided to make a new OC lul Shelly is a cheerful and sometimes mischievous sea otter who is never seen without her beloved scallop shell. She isn't your regular bath toy, for she is actually a waterproof plush! Sometimes she can cause trouble for the other Rubbadubbers, but overall she has a good heart.
