The government is yet again in trouble with a gang of outlaws. They must've thought that taking out the toppats should've done the trick, but little did they know, someone else was waiting to take the place of the toppats, as the most notorious gang, ever. INTRODUCING: The Weazels Led by Emily de Silva, a highly intelligent lady from the middle of nowhere in South America, the weazels currently sit as the most notorious gang according to the US government. She was not a professional criminal herself, but her intelligence helped the weazels to rise, and thus, gifting her with the leadership of the clan. So... her soon-to-be retirement will surely hurt the weazels a lot... right? AND: The Government Led by our good old General Hubert Galeforce, they are willing to do anything to put a stop to any kind of crime. Even though it has been a few years since the toppats were gone, Charlie and Henry aren't in for a break any soon, it seems.
