DTAE for 1 and 11 I'll be adding more art later probably. I imagine them as starclan cats who watch over the clans, and certain cats (and those with permission and an escort) are able to cross the clouds to view them. If there isn't a direct pass, those with the power to (also known as observers) can pull clouds from other areas of the mass of clouds they're trying to travel on. If they need, they can create more clouds, but this uses up the water on the ground and may lead to droughts depending on the number of clouds created and how widespread they are. If the clouds conjoin, it may accumulate enough to start raining. 1, the blue one, (whom I'll temporarily name thunder) is a young observer whom is following his mentor, 11, or star. If I get star, I'd likely rename them. The longer a cat is dead, more mystical magical stuff happens to their body. Like star, for example, has a set of detached wings. Most older cats are observers, as they are the ones with the advanced features and can maneuver the clouds easier. In special cases, a young starclan cat may appear with these features. Most starclan cats have glowing components, like thunder having glowing stripes, and star having a glowing leg and tail. These usually correspond to their during-life fur patterns. In this universe, the dead starclan cats appear as fog or clouds, so they blend into the sky, and on the ground look like fog. The star sprite in front of star in the artwork is like a pet, which are born from shooting stars if caught still in the sky. If lucky, they'll land in the clouds, and stay on that cloud until it cracks open. If alone, the sprite will wander the sky and sprinkle good luck on those they gain a liking to. The head of the observers is a group referred to as the overseers. This group mostly consists of the eldest cats, whom have the most experience HOWEVER are closest to fading. There is an afterlife which is like starclan, where cats remain until they fade into the stars. It appears to be a paradise for those in the afterlife! there is everything a cat could want there. it is basically an invisible plane of existence in the sky, but you cannot leave unless you are one of the overseer or watchers. they are able to create passages to leave and view the living world.
