Birdic Saliors caught a virus and spread it on the SS Mc. Feathers boat. Formally called BPL#001, it has been known as the Birdic Plague. The boat landed in Tiger city when the disease was spotted. The plague, which has infected 10 people, 2 of which have died. The white squares on this map are open seaports. The black squares are closed seaports. The circle is airports. You may close an airport/seaport, but each port closed results -$100K eco, and -5 hapiness. You may donate to the Birdic University of Medical Science, and once a total of $35 million is donated, a cure will be released. Each $1 million donated afterwords is another nation cured. Nations may travel to other nations once cured, assuming ports are open in both nations. Be warned, people will lose hapiness, and people may die. Also, nations may quarantine, which will reduce infection, but, reduce hapiness by 10 and money reduced by $200K. Red dots are fatalities Orange dots are deaths. Blue dots are cured. It will spread over time, many times a day. But beware, warring spreads the disease. Be warned, also, mutations may happen, slowing the cure.
