kinda long read but pls hear me out Problem: Its honestly kinda exhauting going through every project in the main studio and I dont know whats going on half the time (right now the problem is not that bad, but sometimes theres like 20 projects posted in a day) so what if we did something like a Current Events project, or bulletin of sorts, where every time you do smth you comment it and the owner adds it to the project. I feel like thatd put too much burden on the owner though because I personally would not even want to do that so maybe it can be switched yearly/season-ly (2-8 days) through whoever has the chance that week. That way, the burden is equally distributed and it helps people who don't have time that week. Ofc it cant be the only source of information, just like a TL;DR of the current events, with links to the projects in the description or something. So my proposition is, to summarize: Make a system where people can sign up to be the current events guy for certain time periods, switched for a time period undecided yet If someone thinks an event is notable and it isnt on there yet and it hasnt been suggested yet, comment on the project The current project should be located in the Main Studio description for easy access (? if thats ok?) They just need to throw a quick one sentence summary of each notable event onto the project, maybe there can be a template to make it easy The project is updated daily until the end of the time period alloted, either deleted or archived, the new person creates the new project, and the new project's link is added to the studio desc
can the mods pls confirm they saw this so we can maybe work smth out? its ok if u say this probably won't work out but just wanted to put this out there
