Writing a story cuz I’m bored!! If u want ping, comment down below, but no promises I will remember or continue the story. Chapter 1. I lay in bed, my head cradled between two pillows. My parents are having yet another fight. This time though, it’s about me. I got suspended again today. 3rd time this semester. It’s not my fault though. It never has been. Well… thats not what they think. I’m what you’d call a “troubled kid”. I get into a lot of fights, always have late assignments, and always miss class. Okay- maybe the second two are my fault.. but not the fights. It’s because of the football quarterback, John Marley. Number 27. He hates me. I don’t know why, so don’t ask. All of the sudden my door flies open, and my little sister, Kelly, runs in. Her ears are covered with her tiny hands as she bolts onto the bed. “Charlie!” She whispers desperately. “Please make it stop!” Kelly is curled up into a ball, still covering her ears, crying softly into my pale blue sheets. “It’s ok kel” I reply quietly. I stroke her long, dark brown, almost black hair, as I pull the covers over her. “It will be over soon.” I tell her in an attempt to calm her down. We lay there for about 1003 seconds (Yes, I counted.) before I hear the front door slam shut. “Is it over?” I hear Kelly say. “Yes” I respond. I shift the sheets to the side and stand up. My head spins and I stumble to grab the bed post. I stand there for about long moment before my vision refocuses. “Did you take your iron medication Charlie?” Asks Kelly. I shake my head and continue over to the door. I pause in front of the mirror. I have on a green sweater, and jeans with miss match socks. This sweater is my favorite. I wear it almost every day. (Much to my mother’s dismay.) I ruffle my sandy blonde hair and head down the stairs. When I get down there, I see my mom sitting at the kitchen table with a strange woman and a letter in front of her. “Ah Charlie. Good that you came down. Come, take a seat.” My mother says, with this weird sort of grin. I tentatively take a seat across from her and the strange woman. Now that I take a closer look, her and my mother look very similar. Dark brown hair, and greenish brown eyes. The only obvious difference is that my mom’s hair is in a neat bob, while the woman’s was pulled back in a bun. Oh, and that the woman had a lot more wrinkles. “Charlie” my mother sighs “I would like you to meet your Aunt Martha. You will be staying with her up in Maple County for a little while.”
