Flamefinder had set another thing on fire. It wasn't unexpected anyways. Everyone at school avoided her, which was normal, like every other day. The scroll lay burning as someone slammed a door and started sobbing, assumingly into a pillow. It was probably their homework or something. She thought. She didn't care, they wouldn't have liked it if she apologized, as that meant more time near a scary fire monster. Flamefinder walked through the halls, dragons darting away into other rooms the moment they saw her. It was a lonely life at school. She couldn't read, burned about 10 rooms to ashes already, and the constant stress of just walking without touching wooden things made Flamefinder depressed. Mother had the same problem. No one liked either of them, except for father, who was an animus. Guards suddenly surrounded Flamefinder as she walked out of the school for a short flight. 10 fully armored SkyWings landed from nowhere (probably up) and each pointed a spear at Flamefinder's neck. She noticed the spears had liquid on them. Poison, she realized. This could actually kill her. A SkyWing with an unreasonable amount of jewelry walked through the guards. She radiated power, but she wasn't Queen Ruby. The sense of power felt unnatural, like waves of air, liked gusts of water. "Hello, firescales." She said dreamily, "Now, come with me, or you'll get stabbed with quick k!ll!ng poison." she was nearly magenta, and beautiful. Flamefinder walked carefully down the mountain, with ten spears equally carefully pointed at her throat. They entered a cave on the side of a mountain, presumably a coal mine. They walked through the wide caves until they reached one that was filled with gold, diamonds, and all kinds of gems Flamefinder couldn't name. They shoved her into a metal cage. The metal was cool and smooth. Flamefinder nearly inpaled herself on the spears when she found out the metal wasn't melting. Animus magic? Father would never... But then, that meant this wasn't her father.Flamefinder didn't want to believe it. Another animus meant danger for her, Mother, and Father. "So. We'll keep you there, and we'll go get your mother." The SkyWing said, as the guards slammed the barred door into Flamefinder's disbelieved face. The legendary fire monster was captured, and her mother was next. Flamefinder tried to melt the metal, kicking it out of frustration, and hissed in pain, the metal WAS magic, it just burned HER! You couldn't burn something that was already burning! Flamefinder laid down at the bottom of the cage, hoping with every smoking scale that Mother would get away, and Father would come to get her.
