My SMP Application - by Blu So the SMP applications are open and i am so excited like literally i feel jolty OwO Anyways good luck to those who applied! So there were so many scenarios (just kidding lol just 3 :P) and i went with senario #3 How to use! click on each penguin and then view each questions and their answers click space to back :D The scenario was: (I’m typing this from memory lol) imagine you are a manager of a vast studio which get thousands of comment and project submissions every hour you and the managers are sent to find new managers so make a project that shows… 1. How you would find helpers, 2. What characteristics you are looking for in a helper, 3. What does it means to be a manager in your studio, 4. How would you and the managers set an example in the studio. For those who can’t read the answers here they are: 1.I would look in the studio comments or see other studios like the SDS and the event studios and see who is consistently working hard not for a title but because they care about the scratch community. I would also look in featured studios which have managers in them and see each of the managers work therefore in doing this I will see that they are helpful and are worthy of working in my studio:D. 2. I would look for people offer kind feedback who know how to look on a bright side and therefore highlight what they like and what they think would need improving in a project so instead of going “Good but it has a bug” they would go “Hi there veiwing your project I saw how amazing the art was and got inspired maybe you could add the hide block to the starter code to prevent a bug on your project”. 3. What it means to be a managerin my studio means that they will always makea person feel welcome and that in my studio I prefer that we have great standardsthat there will be no off topic things and that we will deal with spammers and rude people in a nice way warning them and being considerate. 4.The managers and I would set an example by being active aswell trying our best to follow the guidlines not only the scratch guidelines but the studio guidelines and that we will always show that we appricate their efforts to this studio and if they do something wrong then they will be told with kindness :D Now credits Thumbnail fonts were as I remember “toasty milk” and “unicorn scribbles” from fontmeme :D Music is by @-Xaf- called “Nebula” which can be found here : https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/344855161 OC is by me and code is by me That’s all :D
