Ok sorry i dont try to vent but this is too much to keep it myself Im just so tired of my parents being texturist like you support lgbtq but the moment ur child doesnt define her hair u call her rude words Basically what happened is i needed to take out trash so i was gonna do that and just minding my own business then my dad says my hair is NAPPY and i need to change it i just said ok and i was crying (and im crying as i type this) my face away from him and i had mascara on so it went to my eyes and hurt but it was okay so i had an excuse it started hurting so i went to the bathroom and calm down and clean my eyes. My mom also agreed with what my dad is saying. She has tried to trick me into loosening my curls before but i do not fall for it. Also my dad has called my hair nappy before, but it was very playfully so I didnt care at all but now he uses it as a harsh insult so thats why it has me crying It just hurt a lot. My parents are very anti white by the way they hate white people but they're also toxic about it like,i dont wanna get flagged but i was doing something and my parents saw and did not treat me nicely physically and asked "are you white" just because I did something that signals my mental health is very bad. Basically any sign of weakness or unhappiness is white people to them. They're so anti white but also anti black. They think I cant be sad. Im a loser IRL no friends and dont wanna talk. Instead of thinking maybe im scared they think I think im superior to everyone else. And they start to degrade me saying im not special. all that crap.this is anti black if I was a white kid he would think its just a scared kid I swear But anyways im getting offtrack but yeah so their logic is, coily hair black feature kd ugly but also hating white people crap, apparently being texturist isnt also white people crap though That wouldnt even exist without white people cuz this is just my natural hair and is just like straight hair but to other people who aren't black they probably thought its weird cuz their not used to it and not normal for them. Slave owners would call african people's hair nappy as an insult Im just so sick of this. I can't pick out my afro anymore (though my mom gave me 2 picks?? I know i know it isnt for ALL THE WAY only for a little. but God forbid I use it for an intention.) If they continue to see me like this, they will most likely force my hair to get chemically loosened. Adding on, they think my hair is unhealthy. NO IT IS NOT AT ALL! ITS NOT DRY EITHER! every morning i put oil for my afro to be all nice but also not defined. But its still bad for them and dry. Just texturist thoughts. And my hair is very healthy. I have been working on my hair healthiness for over a year and it is great now! Its growing a lot and im happy. When I brush it with a bounce curl brush its so healthy and shrinks beautifully and juicy. so yeah this is all I have to say i needed to let it out
