By inspecting the canvas stage element and making the width and height 2x larger, we can get a much cleaner thumbnail image! It's hard to notice with the bitmap-compressed images, but you can still make out a bit of a difference. Now- I think there's probably a less convoluted way to do this by directly accessing the Scratch API.. but still- pretttty cool! I was greatly inspired by @taichi0802's high resolution thumbnails and pfp when experimenting with this. I did end up finding out how they make a higher resolution pfp (svg -> ico)- but I am still at a loss on how they do their thumbnails.
