MANDATE OF REPRESENTATION By decree of the High Council, the bearer of these credentials is fully authorized to: Assembly Representation: Attend public meetings, development circles, and collaboration councils hosted by the Allied Party. Sovereign Proposals: Present joint-project proposals, event invitations, and official announcements on behalf of the Magistrate. Local Mediation: Mediate minor creative misunderstandings between citizens of both groups before they escalate into formal disputes. Liaison Services: Act as the primary, official channel of communication for coordinate operations between the two groups. III. ENVOY CODE OF CONDUCT Exemplary Conduct: The Ambassador shall maintain exemplary politeness, acting as a living example of our motto: Vis in Data. Constitutional Compliance: The Ambassador shall strictly uphold both the Civil Constitution and the platform's guidelines in all interactions. No Unilateral Agreements: The Ambassador shall not make unilateral promises, alter existing treaties, or commit Magistrate resources without the express, written consent of the High Council. Neutrality in Disputes: The Ambassador shall remain completely neutral in internal disputes of the host community, offering assistance only if formally requested. IV.
