CHAPTER VIII: CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS As our community evolves, this Constitution must have the flexibility to adapt while maintaining its core protections. Article 801: Proposal of Amendments An amendment to this Constitution may be proposed by: A unanimous proposal from the Executive Council. A petition signed by at least forty percent ($40\%$) of all registered Active Contributors. Article 802: Ratification Process Once proposed, the amendment must be published in all major community hubs for a mandatory two-week public review period. At the end of the review period, a constitutional referendum shall be held.
