CHAPTER VII: CITIZENSHIP AND ACCESSION Guidelines for entering and maintaining active citizenship within the Magistrate. Article 701: Requirements for Citizenship Any member of the platform may apply for citizenship in the Magistrate, provided they meet the following baseline criteria: Must have an account in good standing with platform moderation. Must show a genuine interest in contributing to the community (through creation, code support, writing, or organizing). Must formally sign and agree to abide by the Civil Constitution. Article 702: The Classes of Citizenship To organize the community effectively, citizenship is categorized into three levels of engagement: Citizen-at-Large (Associate): Standard members who participate in studios, view archives, and join discussions. Active Contributor (Artisan): Citizens who actively submit code, art, or writing to the community databases. Eligible to vote in the Sovereign Assembly. Sovereign Delegate (Statesman): Experienced citizens who help coordinate sub-projects, moderate community studios, and sponsor legislative bills. Article 703: Loss of Citizenship Citizenship may be voluntarily resigned at any time by notifying the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Forced removal of citizenship is an extreme measure, reserved only for individuals found guilty of severe, intentional sabotage of the community's assets or systemic violation of citizen rights. This action must be approved by both the Civilian Tribunal and the Executive Council.
