The Sovereign Assembly: A legislative body open to all active citizens of a designated rank, responsible for debating and voting on public policy proposals. Article 302: The Ministries of State To manage daily operations, the Executive Council shall appoint Ministers to oversee specific branches of civil life: The Ministry of Civil Affairs: Responsible for registering new citizens, managing directory rosters, and maintaining public studios. The Ministry of Digital Development: Responsible for organizing collaborative coding systems, maintaining shared asset libraries, and hosting engine tutorials. The Ministry of Public Media: Responsible for promoting outstanding citizen projects, coordinating community newsletters, and managing public announcements. The Ministry of Treasury and Merit: Responsible for managing the points/merit system, coordinating design contests, and maintaining the community shop registries.
