All administrative power, legislative authority, and judicial review within this jurisdiction originate from the consent of the citizenry, managed through the High Council and the Sovereign Assembly. Article 102: National Emblems and Motto The official emblem of the Magistrate shall be the Grand Seal, featuring a stylized geometric shield flanked by laurel branches of creativity, topped with the Sovereign Crest, and displaying the foundation year of 2026. The official motto of the state is "Vis in Data" (Strength in Information / Power in Data). It represents our belief that knowledge, logic, and structured coordination are the ultimate tools of progress. The official colors of the state shall be Sovereign Blue (representing order and stability), Aurum Gold (representing quality and creativity), and Stone Grey (representing structural integrity).
