CHAPTER VIII: DISHONORABLE AND HONORABLE DISCHARGES Every soldier’s service eventually comes to an end. The manner of their departure defines their status in the history of the Magistrate. Article 801: Honorable Discharge Granted to soldiers who have served their term with loyalty, maintained activity, and avoided major disciplinary actions. They retain their military titles in civilian life with the prefix "Retired" (e.g., Captain Retired Name ), and are welcome at all veterans' ceremonies. Article 802: General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions Granted to soldiers who served faithfully but had to depart early due to prolonged real-life inactivity or structural changes. No stigma is attached to this discharge. Article 803: Dishonorable Discharge The ultimate disgrace. Issued only by a General Court-Martial. The individual is stripped of all rank, their name is permanently struck from the honor rolls of the Magistrate, their medals are revoked, and they are barred from ever re-entering military service. ====================== "VIS IN DATA" ESTABLISHED 2026 ======================
