CHAPTER VI: ESPIONAGE & COVERT INTELLIGENCE (THE SILENT WING) While the frontline military operates in the light, the Security and Intelligence Wing (SIW) operates in the shadows. Their conduct is governed by strict parameters to prevent rogue actions. [ HIGH COUNCIL / COVERT ACTION GROUP ] | [ DIRECTOR OF INTELLIGENCE ] | [ THE INFILTRATORS ] [ THE ANALYSIS BUREAU ] Article 601: Authorization of Covert Infiltration No citizen or soldier may engage in covert operations, espionage, or alt-account surveillance against an external faction without a written warrant from the Director of Intelligence and the approval of the High Council. Unauthorized infiltration of external servers or studios is classified as a rogue action, and the Magistrate will disavow the agent, leaving them subject to external prosecution. Article 602: Treatment of Captured Intelligence Information gathered via intelligence channels must be sent directly to the High Council for analysis. Altering, falsifying, or manufacturing fake intelligence to instigate a war or frame a neutral group is a severe military crime, carrying a penalty of immediate demotion to the rank of Recruit and suspension of all clearance levels.
