CHAPTER IV: THE CODE OF OPERATIONAL DISCIPLINE Discipline is the foundation of our strength. Where there is no structure, the organization cannot stand. Article 401: Alignment Infractions Any soldier who willfully disregards, compromises, or publicly challenges a lawful directive given by a superior officer shall be reviewed for alignment infractions. First Incident: Official written notice and modification of one sub-rank. Second Incident: Formal review before a Summary Court-Martial and suspension from active assignments for up to 30 days. Article 402: Abandonment of Post Any military member who leaves their assigned position, departs from a monitored studio during a security event, or fails to report for active coordination when mobilized shall be reviewed for post abandonment. During an active defensive operation, leaving a post is considered a critical security failure, resulting in an immediate General Court-Martial and dishonorable discharge. Article 403: Security Breaches and Data Compromise Any individual who distributes tactical strategies, internal council transcripts, officer rosters, or secure communications to an external or unaligned group shall be charged with a critical data compromise. Outcome: Permanent separation from the organization, removal of all honors, listing on the High Inactive Registry, and a permanent restriction from all Magistrate assets, properties, and community systems. Article 404: Disruption of Command No soldier may engage in public campaigns to undermine the legitimacy of the High Council, the Officers, or the active operational codes of the Magistrate. Constructive feedback must be kept within official, private coordination sectors. Publicly instigating an unauthorized faction or revolt against the established system constitutes a high operational violation.
