To ensure our defensive forces act with the utmost integrity, we mandate and maintain absolute discipline, accountability, and professional honor among our martial ranks, guiding every Sentinel and officer by the principles of justice, moderation, and respect. Therefore, with the shared resolve of our entire citizenry and under the guidance of our constitutional principles, we do hereby formally establish, ratify, and decree this Codified Military Law and Articles of War as the supreme martial covenant of our realm. All personnel, regardless of rank, auxiliary status, or historical distinction, are bound by the articles, divisions, and penalties contained herein.
