Hey guys, just wanted to ask what your opinion on what the Darkness is about canonically. Because before the leaked Pibby animatic came out everyone assumed that the Darkness was just some black glitchy goop that infected cartoon universes and theories said that it was "the corruption of greedy companies" or "The online streaming epidemic" But then when the animatic came out we found out that the Darkness was ACTUALLY viral trends and emojis (to sum it up. The Darkness is the Internet). So I wanna ask you this, what's your opinion on it? Do you think it's clever how the darkness is emojis and #'s? If you don't like it why? I would love to hear your answers!
