──── °‧ ꩜ ·｡ ──── ·｡ ☠ ɪɴᴛʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴ “Where are we?” you gasp as you behold the sight ahead of you: animals living in harmony -prey and predator alike- under the towering tree's protection. It was wonderous: small robins chirping away ahead of you whilst wolves howl in the distance; ducks waddling around, directed by grizzly bears; crows and deers staring at each other, almost as if they were telepathically communicating. “This is Xeno-FI island!” Surf explains as they lead you further into the forest. “Although it's not much of an island and more of a forest, we're here in search of a clue to the legendary swc treasure.” they continue. Your admiration is overwhelming as you race ahead into the forest, ready to begin the adventure… ── ⋆ ༺ ⚔ ༻ ⋆ ── ·｡ ☠ ᴘᴀʀᴛ “For the first part of our search we'll be getting to know the very inhabitants of this island: the animals!” Elly explains as she heads of towards a badger to stroke its fur. In this task you will be befriending a fellow swcer from xeno-fi! It's pretty much self-explanatory: converse with the camperc, talk about each others likes, dislikes, interests and hobbies. Get to know them to a level where you can say they became you new friend! This will not be a measured task, but we encourage you to try your best to get to know as much about them as possible as it will be useful for the next task. ── ⋆ ༺ ⚔ ༻ ⋆ ── ·｡ ☠ ᴘᴀʀᴛ Now that you've befriended the animals, time to write some xeno-fiction! Pick one of these options / prompts and write a piece of at least 300 words. Five campers have to complete this in order to progress to the next island. ⁀જ➣ write from the perspective of the animal you just befriended and what it's like to be them on a day-to-day basis (this could include hunting, hibernating, etc.) ⁀જ➣ write from the perspective of the animal you just befriended, explaining from their pov what it was like meeting you. ⁀જ➣ write about bonding with the animal you just befriended, things you learn about them that interested you etc. ── ⋆ ༺ ⚔ ༻ ⋆ ── ·｡ ☠ ᴄʀᴇᴅɪᴛꜱ ➣ xeno-fiction cabin swc july 2026 for the inspiration of this project and its content ➣ @unercornshine, @surfdudewave, and @taylorsversion– for (co)leading Bi-Fi this session! ➣ Music is XX by XX ➣ @-NightGlow-, @rocksalmon8000, @smalltoe, , and for hosting SWC this session! ➣ Full SWC records: ➣ One Piece for inspiration and some graphics ──── °‧ ꩜ ·｡ ────
