Fortuna is a planet that was discovered by accident by The Truest Democracy through a failed portal, and has now been independently discovered by several other factions. It contains vast stores of various precious and unique materials, however the opportunities to harvest them are few as the planet is also the hunting ground of a group of terrifying monsters no mortal has ever seen and lived to tell the tale of. Everybody within the red circle MUST stay underground. The position of it is time-based, so it will be the same for everyone
