**✿❀Chapter 14 ❀✿** Talking. Talking to another girl, she looked oddly familiar from the back. Nora leaned over to try and see her face. Isma. This wouldn't have bothered Nora so much usually; but Blair was awfully close to Isma and had that same smirk she gave Nora. Nora moved over to the bar to sit alone, running her mind over what she just saw, proof. Proof of what Jeremy had said, that, perhaps, Nora was only a tool, merely used as a bragging right for her looks. She wasn't alone for long when she was joined by Irene. "Hello, Nora," Irene said pleasantly, "What's the matter?" She asked, acknowledging Nora's depressing state. "Oh....Nothing that you can help with, but-" Nora looked around. "Where's Ophelia?" Irene was apparently just as confused as Nora, because she, too, looked around, realizing her friend was no with her. "I swear she was right behind me when we walked in....I'd bet all the Chocolate Frogs I just got...." Irene said with a frown. "I'm going to go and check," Irene said standing up. "I'll tag along if that's alright," Nora said as she stood. "Not at all....But I feel like you're not here alone, correct? I don't want to keep you-" Nora glanced back at Blair, the sight of Blair and Isma talking disgusted her. "No, it's fine, let's go." She replied, ushering Irene out. The sun had began to go behind the clouds by now, which sent a chill through the air of Hogsmeade along with a darkness, when the doors of the pub swung to a close, the hum of people in conversation had died out. And that's when they heard an earsplitting scream from around the left side of the pub. Nora and Irene both looked at one another, horror in their eyes. They crept around the corner and saw something unforgettable.
A hooded figure cornering the dark outline of who sure looked like Ophelia on the ground, only slightly stirring. Nora and Irene drew their wands, Nora shouted, "Confringo!" as Irene shouted, "Depulso!" the spells combined and sent a large, purple fire ball at the figure which caused it to retreat to the forest behind the pub. "Ophelia!" Irene exclaimed, sliding down next to her, followed closely by Nora. Ophelia groaned, Nora and Irene turned her over so they could see her face. Two bloody holes on her neck is what they saw, it made both their faces go white, the holes were about the size of two knuts. "O-Ophelia...." Irene gasped. "Are you alright?" Ophelia turned her head and looked at Irene. "Of course I'm not blood alright!" But she couldn't make out much more, she had a hard time catching her breath. "I'll go get help. I think I saw Hagrid in there." Nora said, she removed her cloak and laid it on Ophelia before dashing back into the Three Broomsticks. She looked around frantically and saw Madam Rosmerta wiping down the bar counter. "Excuse me-Madam Rosmerta? Have you seen Hagrid?" Madam Rosmerta opened her mouth to answer but someone else did. "He left about ten minutes ago. Why?" Nora looked over, Jeremy sat there with a mug of Butterbeer in his hand. "Can you conjure up a stretcher?" Nora asked quickly. "Well, yeah but-" "Then come on!" Nora grabbed him by the wrist and pulled him out and around the pub. When he saw Ophelia, he didn't gasp or scream, he stared, a slight twitch in his eye. "Jeremy! Conjure it up! She needs Madam Pomfrey!" He snapped back into reality, drew his wand, and there was a small crack and a stretcher hovered in front of him. Nora and Irene lifted her onto and Nora pulled out her wand and pointed it at all the blood that had dripped out onto Ophelia's hair and robes and said, "Tergeo!" And it all soaked up into her wand tip. Jeremy set off at a fast pace in front of the stretcher, guiding it, with Nora and Irene at the sides.
