In ms2, the comedy side was the one that thrives most, and the grotesque things are flesh. That is part of a process known as "Demonification", where an Angel slowly becomes a demon. In ms3, the appearance he takes is after an Incident. The tubes and machinery are practically "life support", because he literally said no to his demonification, and an angel cannot live long in Hell, which caused him to almost die. But some medics replaced some of his limbs with mechanicaal limbs and added tubes to a respirator backpack, so that he may live on. In ms4, his mask is full tragedy, and he has more "noisy" attire. By definition, "noisy" in Dëngárish means "powerful" or "supreme". This means that Noli has become a supreme Demon.
