★The Diary of a Champion: Part 1★ Chapter 5: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1351121775 ___________________________________________ Chapter 6: I discovered that using both my square and circle remote bombs, I could jump off a rock and explode the circular bomb into the cube bomb, which would explode me and I would go flying to the shrine!! Luckily, I have quite a few hearts compared to npcs. I cruised over to the old man's shack, which happened to be right near the cliff I'd have to climb up to get to my 3rd shrine. I waved hello to him and "borrowed" a few of his toasted apples and spicy peppers, so I could heal after windbombing. I knew it was gonna feel amazing getting to get to a shrine the way King Rhoam didn't intend. I jabbed my fingers into the cervices between the logs of the old man's cabin and pulled my weight up on to the roof. I found a little Korok hiding on a stone ledge coming off of the old man's roof and the Korok gifted me with a substance that smelled like a mix of impa's stew she fed the cows, and also what came out of Epona's rear. It had a shiny, yellow glow to it, and I covered my nose and put it into my satchel. This rocky ledge would be the perfect spot to windbomb up to the shrine. I took a deep breath and prepared my bow when I heard the grumbling voice of the old man!! "Get down from my roof, sonny! You stole my hard-earned condiments, and you repay me by nearly exploding my home!" I acted fast and leaped off the ledge. I placed my circular bomb and waited a second before placing the square one. I detonated the circle-shaped remote bomb using the rune app on the sheikah slate and the impact caused me to fly 120mph straight toward a rocky shrine! Both excitement and horror filled me as I realized I was windbombing without that paraglider!!! I landed face first into the shrine's closed door and blacked out! A few hours later, it was dusk and the old man looked at me in terror and awe. I struggled to press the slate to the pedestal and gasped for air as I plunged down in the elevator to the next trial. I then gained the Stasis rune after waiting an eternity for the teardrops to sink into my Sheikah rune app. I faced the challenge awaiting me and found a narrow slope leading up to a stone platform. However, in between me and that platform was a boulder about the size of Robbie's brain coming straight for me! I seized a spicy pepper from my pocket and ate it. I then tapped on the yellow lock icon (the stasis rune) on my slate and everything but me froze in time! I inched my way past the boulder and just as my foot connected with the platform, time resumed! This rune was quite curious, and I practiced it on a few guardian scouts and obstacles in the shrine. Once I reached the steps leading to the elderly sheikah, I felt confident with my new toy I could show off to the old man. I received my 3rd spirit orb and was plunged into light for a moment, before appearing before the shrine entrance once again. I gathered some firewood using an old axe I found lying in a tree stump earlier near the Shrine of Resurrection and made a tidy little fire under an oak tree. I was still quite sore from the windbomb and was ready for a good night's rest. With my head layed on a pile of brush, I felt content with the day's hard work, and drifted off to sleep, dreaming about how Zelda was fairing in this harsh environment. ____________________________________________ Chapter 7: Image from google search Music from Archive.org
