In Summer of 2026, the Scratch Team made it unavailable for New Scratchers to even send messages at Grifftopia to prevent spam. If you try to chat while new scratcher, then it says it might not be inappropriate for you. So just wait till you become a Scratcher.
Scratcher Requirements 1. Post at least 2 projects 2. Wait for 2 weeks 3. Be polite to users and creators.
