Ring Modulation is a form of sound design invented by Frank A. Cowan in 1934. The process involves taking a ring/modulator frequency and a base/carrier frequency then plays the sum and difference at once you can click the speaker icon to play back the outcome of your settings, though it might not sound perfect.
