This morning, an OSINT press release was held in parliament following the incident. To maintain transparency, the often provides OSINT briefings along with other reviews week on week about the forces. This week was different, with the statement entirely focused on the revealing of a previously secret design of SSBN fielded by OCCP deterrence forces. It states: "The tracking of the SSBN was completed covertly by a Walrosse class submarine, who had been idling over 100km away from the initial readings. Moving towards the area over the course of the coming hours it was possible to profile the sonar signature of the vessel and sonar set. The sonar profile of the SSBN has been not only identified by us, but by other NTADO forces as well. That of the whole class is now compromised in the eyes of OCCP nuclear deterrence; Rash political decisions have put significant risk to their own personnel along with allowing the complete profiling of the vessel's class." This photo was then released during the presentation to parliament, though its credibility and origin is considered to be questionable considering it was based off an OCCP press release. The annotations provided simply align to this matter, so the true visual and informational clarity that could be provided by non-state sourced imagery isn't available. Regardless, only verifiable information was released and no true data collected was provided for security reasons.
