He was a greeting dog for me in animal hospital. He would greet customers and he was really chill. The reason why he looks like an anomaly is cause his face got ripped off 7 months ago by a speeding car outside in the game. His teeth are still exposed and his eyes are still popped out. If you look closely, you will see the dead skin on his face. I didn't treat him cause he is just a greeting dog and I only treat normal animals. The sad thing is that, I wanted to leave him there but the game wouldn't let me progress to Shift 9 without doing something to him so I was forced to taze him and then his head split open. :(
