A: Truly, the best advice I can give you as someone who's been writing since they were like 4-5 years old lol is to just keep writing! I mean, I don't know, but I think that also just joining writing camps, (yes here's where I advertise SWC - 'Scratch Writing Camp' hehe), can help you to write more frequently too since it definitely can help you to build a habit of writing everyday with it's daily writing challenges. Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: Definitely, lol. Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: Yep! I've shared quite a few! :D Q9: What's your favourite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: Hero's Journey! But I often like to see where my stories take me, (that being said, I kind of like to plot the endings and beginnings first). Q10: What's your inspiration? A: I kind of get inspired by everything, really! :0 Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? A: Not really. Q12: Poetry, or story writing? A: Story writing! <3 Q13: Fiction or non-fiction? But I have quite a few more besides that lol, (like Harry Potter- not the author- Lord of the Rings, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Alice in Wonderland, Anne of Green Gables, and The Maze Runner! :D Q15: Do you believe in writers block? A: Yes *sobs*. Q16: What about reader's block? A: Yeah, but I don't usually get it so I guess I'm just lucky! :P Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) A: Yess hehe <3 Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? A: Yes!! :DD Q19: Realistic fiction or unrealistic fiction? A: Unrealistic fiction. A: Yes. xD Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? A: Google Docs lol. Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? A: Just write even if you think it's going to be a bad idea! Oftentimes, I find writer's block comes from not writing down ideas, because you're filling up the space in your brain that you could be using to think of more ideas with 'bad' ideas that often just tend to influence the next good idea anyway. So, just write down the bad idea so you can get to the next good idea! Q24: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? A: I think probably when I read Harry Potter for the first time! :P (I made wayy too many fanfictions xD) Q25: Do you have a lot of OCs? A: Yes lol. Q26: Do you have a lot of stories you are writing? A: Yep! I'm working on at least 4-5 writing projects currently! Q27: What's the most difficult part of planning a story? A: Probably just coming up with ideas to fill in the middle without just turning into fluff. xD Q28: Do you do journaling? A: I'd like to get into it more, definitely! Q29: Do you write in one specific way/theme, or lots of different ways/themes? e.g. fantasy, third person, non-fiction, first person, second person, fiction, etc A: I like to try and experiment usually, depending on what I feel like is necessary for telling the story I want to tell! <3 Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? A: Honestly, not really! I mean, not if I have an idea- if I'm trying to write just to write then yes, but not usually. Q31: Have you drawn your characters before? A: Yep! :P Q32: Have you roleplayed with your characters before? A: Not much, no. Q33: Do you think you take way too long planning what to write instead of actually writing? A: Yes! xD Q34: What's your favourite part when editing? A: Coming up with better ways to phrase things, especially if maybe I wanted to phrase something differently originally but couldn't think of how.
