Ristar has heard a rumor that he has brothers in a faraway city, and when he arrives, he discovers that the city is being overtaken by monstrous aliens! he knows he must save his brothers and help the townsfolk escape before the city is destroyed, but how he will? he is a human with the powers of a SHOOTING STAR. i think its pretty obvious.
