Its just like the Hungry Pumpkin Case will say what he wants, you then go to his pantry to grab the item, put it in the little Twitch icon (the purple thing), go back to his room, and feed Case. (last thing might turn into a cookie)
This is a remake of one of my first Scratch games, which was never published. The only things taken from it are Caseoh, and his room. The setup is still the game, and the premise is still the same. I love you CaseOh and Hungry Pumpkin Music from AI CaseOh (pretty sure the channel is gone, RIP)
