This track was testing a style I could maybe use for The Maker's soundtrack. It uses samples either from online or in my voice memos which was inspired by an underrated band called The Books. Although most of there songs are instrumental, it manages to keep my attention cause they just use samples in such an interesting way to me. This is probably the third time I've switched what the OST will sound like but I think other styles I was doing it felt forced and switching to samples gave me the freedom to experiment that comes naturally to me. Although I really love this song it wasn't fitting any moments at least in chapter 1 but I thought id still share it. (What's The Maker?) The Maker is a point & click adventure game following a robot (you) who's being possessed by a soul. The soul tells you that he wants you to help the other robots as he did something horrible to them. You'll explore a carefully crafted world in three chapters, each focusing on a different robot to help. The game is sentimental and sometimes a little off putting... (How to support) I occasionally will post music for the game or drawings of some of the characters, which if you're trying to support the game liking any of those really helps. (Release?) I am not very efficient with managing my time on this game so it's been taking way longer than needed, but it might be 3 more months till I finish chapter 1 and then ill try to get started on chapter 2. hopefully I can get a good chunk of chapter 2 done and then I'll release chapter 1.
