The Croatian Government will be introducing new rules, programs and funds to help the public, civilian health and to make it a part of our culture. Our first step of action will be a new Zero Tolerance policy. On 6 of July 2421 the Croatian Government will enforce the Zero Tolerance act. The Zero Tolerance Policy will ban smoking and usage of any smokes, including cigarettes, vapes, and other smokes. The selling, importation/smuggling, or illegal production of smokes will be banned and outlawed, and as well, with up to 6 years in prison for selling smokes, with possible fines up to 500k, up to 30 years in prison for the smuggling of smokes into the country with fines up to 2.21 million and up to 100 billion in fines and 34 years in prison for the illegal production of smokes. To legally produce smokes, you must maintain the purchase of a Smoke Production Permit & Smokes Handlers Permit that will cost 25k every year for the Production Permit and a 200$ one time required training and will cost 5k to maintain. Police Officials may/must legally detain anyone who fails to show a permit if they are producing them. Production of smokes is only to export and ship to other nations. Under the official fine amount, it says fines can be up to 100 billion for illegal production of smokes. This high amount is because the fine may/can be determined by the amount sold and produced, based on value. The fine will also include any unpaid taxes on the illegal products. If people not from Croatia are traveling internationally into Croatia, the Croatian government will have a service where you can place your smokes in a clearly marked bin at security and they will be handled by the Government until you come back and they will be given back fee free. This new policy may seem strict at first but will help the Croatian people's health and help maintain healthy lungs and will reduce the amount of lung cancer of the thousands! Personal Physical Fitness Physical fitness is key to having a healthy body. Lots of fitness is in people's culture, example - a hilly town with lots of uphills and steps would help people's fitness, having a lot more steps in their daily life, incorporating healthy fitness practices in their everyday lives. A bad example would be America lets fast food places thrive by having their cheap prices, sadly, many people are experiencing poverty, sometimes not being able to put food on the table, making fast food an easier option for them. Croatia, doesn't have as many people struggling (PU Croatia) because of multiple reasons, including our VAT system and lower income tax (5-8%) making taxes overall lower. A LOT more reasons I developed here so go read it for you self if you haven't and make sure to before you move on So, because people are doing better in Croatia overall financially, people can afford better and healthier foods. Public transport also helps your physical health in everyday life. Transport such as buses, streetcars, trams, and subways you have to walk too get to the station. Let’s say you use the bus to get to work, to dinner, and then back home. Walking 20 minutes today is a good practice and helps you stay in shape. Walking station to destination is way more than walking to your garage to start your car and then arriving at the destination exactly where it is. Our public transportation goals will be to build a transportation system to where you won’t need to own a car to get to where you need to. This way on average you’ll have at least 20 minutes of walking a day and you won’t have to have a car making it more affordable to live in cities mainly but also maybe a bit in rural places. I will be making a different project on a new transportation system, and for now I’m going to try to stay on topic. These ideas should help though in the future. Finally, the start of healthy habits starts early. The Fun Fitness Program will be made for schools and kids. Fitness comes in many ways, and we want to bring fun to fitness. The FFP will come to school assemblies and talk about fitness, and they will provide programming to schools around the country. Sports all over kids enjoy, like soccer and baseball and hockey. We want kids to have fun and look forward to PE. We will provide equipment to schools, such as jerseys, shoes, balls, protection equipment and much more. This way all kids can enjoy sports while having fun. Public gyms will be available to all with cheap pricing of 1$ an hour and 5$ a month. Fitness is not to be profited off of but to be available to everyone. Food Health The Food Awareness acts will be rolled out in 2422 from November-December. One of the acts will be the requirement of all Nutri score stickers on all edible products. The products will receive a Nutri score by the NFSS (National Food Safety Service) and will receive a score within a month. The Nutri score will then be available for free as a PNG file.
(It was too long, - continued -) Testing for the Nutri scores will also be free. These Nutri score stickers will help give Knowledge of how healthy it is. The scores will be based on how much vitamins, protein, fiber, carbs, sugar, fats (Good & Bad) and salt. These scores will help people who are trying to diet, so they know what will help them and what to hold off on. Or maybe for parents who want their kids to not eat very much sugary foods. If you fail to have a Nutri score on your edible product you maybe revive fines up to 2 million, possible jail time up to 6 years, and the product will be called back. In the acts, the NFSS will also ban artificial dyes like Red 40, Blue 6, and many other dyes. The NFSS will do food drives in cities and good tasting daily vitamins will be available for cheap, for kids and adults. Schools will provide healthy lunches and breakfasts for free, ranging between A to C scores. All these new developments will help the peoples of Croatia in their everyday life, helping kids and adults stay healthy! yayyyyyyy!
